Blueframe Systems LLC - Invoice Terms
These Invoice Terms apply to all invoices issued by Blueframe Systems LLC.
1. Invoice Terms (Short Form)
Payment is due as stated on this invoice. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
For the purposes of this invoice, "work has begun" includes, but is not limited to: discovery, planning, system design, configuration, development, integration, documentation, or any preparatory work performed on behalf of the Client.
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in work being paused, delayed, or withheld at the sole discretion of Blueframe Systems LLC until payment is received.
Deliverables, access credentials, system handoff, or final deployment may be withheld until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
Late payments may be subject to late fees as permitted under Illinois law.
Payment of this invoice constitutes the Client's acceptance of these Invoice Terms and the Blueframe Systems LLC Terms of Service.
