A digital vehicle inspection platform for independent repair shops, from the first booking to the report the customer reads. We co-founded My Vehicle Health and built the platform end to end.

The problem

Independent shops wanted a clear way to show customers what a tech found, with photos and video, and to get repairs approved quickly. Car owners wanted one service history that stays with the vehicle.

What we built

  • Online booking with VIN lookup, offering only times the shop's bays, staff, and equipment can cover
  • A shop board and bay board for the front desk: requests to confirm, every car in a bay, and why it's there
  • Inspections on a phone or tablet, section by section, with notes, photos, and video on each item
  • A customer report that leads with findings, shows wear as life left, and lets customers approve or decline each item
  • A vehicle record that follows the VIN across visits and shops
  • An owner portal where customers keep their reports and choose which shops can see their history
