Blueframe Systems LLC - Late Payment Policy
This policy explains late fees and consequences for overdue invoices.
Late Payment Clause
Invoices not paid by the stated due date may be subject to a late fee of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
Blueframe Systems LLC reserves the right to pause work, delay delivery, withhold access credentials, documentation, or final deliverables until all outstanding balances, including applicable late fees, are paid in full.
Client remains responsible for all amounts due regardless of any work pause or delivery delay resulting from non-payment.
Payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of this Late Payment Policy, the Invoice Terms, and the Blueframe Systems LLC Terms of Service.
